1. Can it be controlled using a Smart Phone?
Yes, you can control the Feeder using Smart Life or Tuya (Available on IOS & Android)
2. Is it in English?
Absolutely!
3. How far can the feeder be from the router?
The Feeder can be connected to a 2.4G WIFI Bandwidth which means wider distance coverage. You can put the feeder in a different room or floor so long it’s within range. You can also check the WIFI signal strength on the App.
4. What happens if there is a blackout or the WIFI is disconnected?
The feeder will automatically use the backup power supply (4pcs AA Battery, batteries not provided) when there’s a blackout or when the cable is disconnected. All data/timer/schedules will automatically be saved to the Feeder and food will be dispensed accordingly even when the WIFI is disconnected.
5. What’s the portion size? 10-20g per portion. But it depends on the size of the kibbles.
